Yes there is - we handle both iOS and Android smartphones. Your team will run a simpler app focused on recording timesheets and/or materials. The boss or the person in charge of admin runs a more comprehensive app on iOS, Android or Web which has additional features including Scheduling, quoting and invoicing.

Who is Silki for?
If you are a trade or service business, who work from job site to job site, and run a crew then Silki will be ideal for you. If it seems like you get stuck at your desk chasing up timesheets, compiling quotes and invoices and perhaps even arguing with your partner over the books then give us a try.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
We support both iOS and Android amongst you and your team. We suggest running our web app on Google Chrome.
How does Silki's Auto Timesheets work?
When a new job is set up on Silki, you have the option to nominate a site address. Our iOS and Android apps recognise when you or one of your team enters one of your job sites and automatically clocks that person on to the job. Likewise, when that crew member leaves, they are automatically clocked off the job site. We are only interested in your GPS location when you are on site, so there are no privacy concerns. We also work to tolerances and recognise that networks can be down; so we provide everyone with the ability to add time entries, change start and end times and add breaks all as needed.
